This is for an authentic Tibetan necklace, which is from Tibet the most mystic and magic place. This necklace is handcraft by the artisan there. It is composed of 20 strands red coral beads and 12 dangling sea shell beads. The pendand is a nice Tibetan copper piece which is measured 2" in diameter. It is a very fun stuff you can get.
