This delicate Tibetan copper paryer box is all handmade by the local craftsmen of Katmandu Nepal. It features:
      •   The front side has the hand carved OM symbol "Ten Freedom of Wordly Cares"; the back is a Tibe symbol with a turquoise bead in the center
      •   The box opens and closes by the hook on the side. Tibetans often use the box to keep sacred prayer books
      •   Tibetan Copper as the material of the setting, which is in a round shape measured 1 1/4"
Ghau or the Prayer box is a small box type pendant to keep small secred items, such as Turquoise (to ward off evil), lection or Tibetan incense etc. Traditionally, Tibetans use these Ghau as portable shrines where prayers and sacred relics are kept.
